When you submit a request to our system please include the following information.

Enter a Brief description about the specific bug that you found.

Description

Please explain in more detail what the bug is that you are submitting and how we can replicate it. It is recommended that you give us a step by step on how to replicate the bug from our side.

If you have an issue with installation or crash bugs please include the following information in the description area.

  • Operating System 
  • Graphics Card and Driver Information
  • Version of PowerPoint with Service Pack

We recommend that you attach the following:

  • The PowerPoint Presentation for us to diagnose the problem
  • The Following files from your My Documents folder
    • my documents\presente3d.cfg
    • my documents\presente3d.log
    • my documents\output
