Yes, it is possible to using stereo images in Presente3D. To use stereo images in Presente3D you images must be as a separate right eye and separate left eye image.

If your stereo images are in Side by Side, Above-Below, JPS or MPO format we recommend using Stereo Photo Maker to export the images as a separate right and left eye image.
