Properties Menu

The properties menu contains all 3D parameter information that have been assigned to the selected object on a slide. This information is updated dynamically as you select an object on a slide.

Extrude Property

The extrude property controls the thickness of the selected object on a slide. Presente3D provides preset values that can be applied to any object on a slide. These values can be overwritten by manually entering a value in the field.

Below is a list of the default presets for the Extrude Property:

Note: Presente3D presets are only recommendations for applying values to the scene. You have the ability to override and enter any number into the extrude field that is necessary for your presentation.

Z-Depth Property (Pop In and Pop Out)

The z-depth property controls how far out or into the screen the selected object appears in stereoscopic 3D. Presente3D provides preset values that can be applied to any object on a slide. These values can be overwritten by manually entering a value in the z-depth field.

Positive Values will pull (pop-out) objects out of the screen and Negative values will push(pop-in) objects into the screen.

Note: There are 10 units of Extrude in 1 unit of Z-Depth. If Z-Depth of an object is set to 10 then an extrude Value of 100 will extrude the object to a Z-Depth of 0.
